Tissue box sizes vary by brand and by country therefore we recommend measuring your tissue box and then selecting from the following options on the product page:

Custom Size
If your tissue box size isn't listed above we'd be happy to make a custom size cover for you at no extra charge.
On the product page, select the 'Custom Size' option (where available) and in the 'Custom Size' text box, enter your tissue box measurements (height, width, and length). Measurements to the nearest 1mm or 1/8" will provide the best fit for the cover.

Absolutely! After adding items to your Cart you can write a short gift message in the 'Additional Notes / Gift Message' section. We'll include your message on a gift note inside the package.

Before placing your order, send us a message about the quantity you'd like to purchase. If the fabric is available we'll increase the quantity on the listing for you to order, and we'll make them for you.

Unfortunately if the quantity is 'Sold Out' then the fabric is no longer available and we can't make more.

We're a UK business and all orders are shipped from Glasgow, Scotland.

Orders are dispatched within 1 - 3 business days and are shipped by Royal Mail in the UK, and completed by local postal services internationally.

Once your order has been dispatched we’ll send you a confirmation email, including your tracking number (if applicable).

Applicable shipping charges are automatically calculated based on the delivery address and package weight, and added to your order at checkout. To see the total shipping charge for your order in your local currency; add products to your cart, click ‘Checkout’, and enter the delivery address.

International buyers are responsible for any customs fees and import taxes that may apply. Before we prepare your order, we'll notify you of any applicable fees and ask you to confirm if you would like to proceed or cancel your order. *Please note there can be Postal Service or Customs Service delays which we can’t predict. Delivery times are longer during peak periods (eg. Christmas).

**Second Class/International Standard shipping option is available for orders totalling up to £35 and does not include a tracking number.

***For UK deliveries, Tracked 48 shipping is free for orders totalling £35 or more. For Jersey deliveries, Tracked 48 is replaced by First Class Signed For service.

If the total amount of your order is A$1000 or less, then you will not be charged GST tax. The amount that is displayed at checkout is the total amount you will pay.

If the total amount of your order is less than CA$20, then you do not have to pay sales tax.

If the total amount of your order is CA$20 or more, then the Canada Border Services Agency will charge GST, PST, or HST according to the province or territory where your order will be delivered. Canada Post will collect on behalf of the CBSA, the GST, PST, or HST due plus $9.95 CDN customs clearance fee.

If you have a tracking number for your package you’ll be able to pay the tax and handling fee to Canada Post online once your package has been assessed by the CBSA.

If you don’t have a tracking number, Canada Post will collect the tax and handling fee when they deliver your package or when your package is picked up from the post office.

If the total amount of your order is less than £25 then you do not have to pay any additional charges.

If the total amount of your order is more than £25, then you will be required to pay a £4 import handling fee to the Royal Gibraltar Post Office.  This can be paid online by registering for the Royal Gibraltar E-Post service, or in-person at the Parcel Collect counter in the post office.

There are no additional charges on orders shipped to Guernsey. The amount that is displayed at checkout is the total amount you will pay.

If the total amount of your order (including shipping costs) is £60 or less, then you do not have to pay GST.

If the total amount of your order is more than £60 (including shipping costs) then you will be required to pay 5% GST on the total amount.  You can pay the GST amount to Jersey Customs and Immigration Services online, or pay in-person by visiting Customs at Maritime House, La Route du Port Elizabeth, St Helier, JE1 1JD.

For orders delivered to Norway you will be required to pay 25% VAT, 10.7% Duty, and a Posten Norge handling charge.  You’ll be notified by Posten Norge of the total amount due which you can pay to Posten Norge online.

If the total amount of your order is $400 SGD or less, then you will not be charged GST.
If the total amount of your order is more than $400 SGD, you will be required to pay to Singapore Customs 9% GST plus a SingPost handling fee of $10 SGD. SingPost will notify you of the amount due via the SingPost mobile app, or by email or letter, and you can pay the GST and handling fee through the SingPost mobile app, SAM Kiosks, or at the post office.

If the total amount of your order is less than CHF 63 you will not be charged Swiss VAT.

If the total amount of your order is CHF 63 or more, you will be required to pay to Swiss Customs 8.1% VAT plus a Swiss Post handling fee (CHF 16.00 + 3% of the value of the goods). You can pay the VAT and handling fee to Swiss Post online within 20 days, or when your package is delivered.
